Pricing
Pricing changes depending on the lab complexity and required duration. Pricing is structured in tiers. Lab validity is for 3 months from the lab's deployment to a user.

The pricing is determined in two steps. The first step involves selecting a compute tier, which is calculated per named user. In the second step, you choose a graphics accelerator, and the pricing is calculated per concurrent user (CCU). Additionally, there is an additional requirement for the graphics accelerator, which is an annual NVIDIA vWS education subscription, and its cost is calculated per concurrent user.
The validity of each lab lasts for 4 months from the time it is deployed to a user. Each lab is limited to a maximum of one virtual machine.
Step 1: Choose one of the computes:
Tier | A | B | C |
---|---|---|---|
Lab pricing per student per trimester - 4 months validity | $37 | $52 | $67 |
Compute resources | 4 GB memory 4 vCPUs 100 GB storage |
8 GB memory 10 vCPUs 250 GB storage |
16 GB memory 18 vCPUs 400 GB storage |
Step 2: Choose one of the graphics accelerators:
Tier | A | B |
---|---|---|
Per CCU per trimester | $175 | $285 |
Graphics accelerators | NVIDIA M60/P40 graphics card: 1GB dedicated GPU memory | NVIDIA A10 graphics card: 1GB dedicated GPU memory |
Usage examples | Engineering, machine learning, game development | Engineering, visualisation, artificial intelligence |
Additional requirement | NVIDIA vWS Education Subscription License $131.75 per concurrent user per annum | |
Minimum purchase requirement | 8 CCUs with an increment of eight seats |
Price calculation example:
Considering you have a total of 32 students and require 8 students to use the labs simultaneously, with the applications they will be using falling under compute resources in Tier B and a graphics accelerator in Tier A, the cost breakdown for this lab is as follows:
Compute cost: 32 x $52 = $1,664
Graphics accelerator cost: 8 x $175 = $1,400
Graphics accelerator license (satisfying additional two trimesters as it is an annual price): 8 x $131.75 = $1,054
Total cost: $1,664 + $1,400 + $1,054 = $4,118 (excluding GST)
The price varies depending on the complexity of the unit. It varies from $3,500 to $5,500 per unit. Please contact us for a quote. If you would like to see eduLAB’s resources, feel free to ask for a demonstration.
